Two building blocks underpinning everything we do at Discover SUP are ability and openness. If you've got the courage, we believe you've got the ability. We paddle without expectation; that's how special things happen.

Aligned with these foundations, Discover SUP is very proud to be now recognised and accredited as an Autism Champion by AsIAm, Ireland's national autism charity, and by Howth Sutton Autism Friendly Community.

To achieve this, we have been working towards better serving our autistic clients (and those with other neurodivergence) by training and upskilling our coaches, developing a visual description guide for our activities, providing sensory aids, and having a quiet sensory area available.

For us, this is just the start of our work. We have lots of ideas for developing a more inclusive offering and look forward to creating great experiences for all.
