Client notifies Discover SUP of their wish to cancel
Discover SUP cancels the activity due to forecasted unsuitable or dangerous conditions (does not include rain)
In all cases 100% credit to reschedule the same booked activity, instead of any refund, will be offered to the client.
If the client has paid for a block of activities at a discounted price, refund amounts will be based on the total amount paid minus credit already used, calculated at the undiscounted activity price.
Water and/or weather conditions
If conditions become unsafe during the booked activity, the activity coach may modify the activity and/or undertake activities on the shore rather than in the water, or the same booked activity may be rescheduled for another time.
Client co-operation and safety
0% refund will be given if the client refuses to comply with Discover SUP policies at all times, and/or the activity coach determines the client is not in a condition to participate safely in the booked activity (e.g. client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol).
If the client advises the activity coach of a medical condition prior to the booked activity commencing, such that the activity coach decides it would be unsafe for the client to participate in the booked activity, 100% refund will be offered. If the activity coach becomes aware of a client’s medical condition after the booked activity has commenced, such that the activity coach determines it is unsafe for the client to participate in the booked activity, 0% refund will be offered.
Gift vouchers must be used by expiry date unless other arrangements have been made by email with Discover SUP. No refund is offered once the gift voucher has been purchased. Gift vouchers are transferable.
